This web site TRAVELZY (the "Site") is a subsidiary of Mosaid Travel & Tourism Services ("MTTS"), a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arab. When you access, browse or use this Site you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth below. When you access any sub-site (whether belonging to an 'associate' of TRAVELZY or otherwise) through this site, then such sub-site may have its own terms and conditions of use which is specific to such sub-site. Sub-sites may contain such additional terms and conditions of use as may be set out in such sub-site.

These Terms and Conditions of Use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between TRAVELZY and you with respect to your use of this Site.

CHANGE IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TRAVELZY reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the TRAVELZY website.

NAMES OF PERSONS TRAVELLING
It is important that the person making the booking must enter the correct names of all persons travelling. If ABC or another abbreviation has been entered as the guest's name, the hotel may reject the booking. The names of all persons travelling must be entered and the first name should be followed by the Family name.

PAYMENT AND RATES
Currency exchange rates generally change on daily basis depending on the fluctuations in the market. TRAVELZY reserve the right to update room rates displayed on the website depending on any market fluctuations.

Any changes relating to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the rates of an already confirmed booking. Likewise, once a booking has been booked and confirmed at the rates you have accepted, there is no refund for any difference in rates due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Rates include applicable hotel taxes. Tourist/local/city taxes which generally include the use of local services may not be included. If city tax needs to be paid at the hotel, this info might be shown in Remarks and on the voucher.

HOTEL RATES
i. Hotel rates are based on Travelzy clients selling only to the leisure market. Should any guest on arrival be found to be a corporate client of the specified hotel; the hotel has every right to waive the Travelzy booking and charge the guest direct at the full rack rate. We cannot accept any responsibility if the client is not on a leisure trip, the hotel refuses to honor the Travelzy booking and charges the client direct at rack rate.

ii. Reservation requests will be invoiced according to our tariff current at the time the booking is confirmed to you.

iii. We reserve the right to vary our quoted rates at any time on notice to you after bookings have been made and confirmed as a result of trade fairs changes in government taxes or other matters outside our control, such as currency fluctuations. These changes may be sent by fax, diskette or electronically. Any increase in rates as a result of currency fluctuations in respect of existing bookings shall only be made where the currency fluctuation exceeds 3%.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES MADE BY THE HOTEL

Travelzy has no control over any additional charges that a hotel may decide to their implement for guest room incidentals such as air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, hire of television remote etc... Any such charges must be paid direct to the hotel.

TRAVELZY has no control over any fees that a hotel may pass on for luggage storage, Sauna, spa and swimming pool use, car parking fees etc.

HOTEL VOUCHERS & CONFIRMATION

i. You must provide your clients with their confirmation slip / voucher which must indicate that the room (with or without breakfast) is payable by Travelzy (or another supplier if so advised in our confirmation) and includes the Travelzy or other supplier booking reference number. All extras incurred by your clients must be paid directly to the hotel before their departure. We will not pay hotels for client's personal hotel charges.

ii. If a client arrives at a hotel and you failed to make a booking, or made a booking and later cancelled, we will still pay the hotel providing they send us your voucher with their invoice. We will then invoice you and our invoice must be paid.

iii. If we receive an invoice with your voucher and it is for more nights or services than you reserved, we will invoice you based on your voucher.

CANCELLATION ISSUES
i. Bookings during trade fairs cannot be cancelled after you have reconfirmed, or after the cancellation deadline has passed, without incurring cancellation charges.

ii. We will charge by way of a cancellation fee a minimum of one night for non-arrival and late cancellation. Any urgent cancellation you need to make at a time when the Travelzy office is closed must be sent direct to the hotel and copied to the Travelzy office if you do not have the OBS (online booking system for Travelzy ).

iii. If a client or agent claims to have cancelled a reservation directly with a hotel, a minimum of one night's charge will be levied if the hotel later charges us.

iv. We reserve the right to be indemnified by you in full against all loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by us as a result of any cancellation for any reason.

RELOCATION OF YOUR CLIENTS

If the original hotel booked is closed, over booked or has maintenance problems and /or cannot provide the room(s) booked. You accept that the hotelier or supplier is responsible for finding you alternate accommodation of a similar standard. Where we have prior notice TRAVELZY will contact you by email.

TRAVELZY accepts no liability for any losses or costs that might occur as a result of re-location as this is completely beyond of our control.

NON ARRIVAL SITUATIONS

If we invoice a non-arrival but the hotel later confirms the client did stay we will raise a supplementary invoice, which must be paid.

ON REQUEST RESERVATIONS

The hotels with "REQUEST" button and bookings with On Request Processing status means that the hotel does not have any available allotment, however TRAVELZY will contact the hotel to request extra space. Kindly be informed that in very rare occasions, the availability at the hotel might change until the time you complete your booking and the final status might turn to On Request Processing. In these cases, please do not attempt to book the same hotel again. You will be informed within 48 hours if your booking has been confirmed or rejected. If the hotel could be confirmed at a different rate, you will be advised. Please bear in mind that the confirmation may not be guaranteed and the hotels have the right to reject ON REQUEST bookings. If your accommodation request is urgent, it is suggested that you select a hotel with Instant confirmation. Depending upon when a new search is made on TRAVELZY system, you may see the same hotel appearing again. This is because space may have become available although at different rates from when the initial request was made.

CHILD POLICY

All children under 2 years are accommodated free of charge in a room, except where noted in the tariff. For children between the ages of 2 and 12 years, the following policies apply, except where noted in the tariff.

i. A. Two children are free of charge when sharing with two full paying adults. Breakfast is not included for children and should be purchased directly from the hotel. This is only applicable if a four-bedded room (Quad) is available.

ii. One child is free of charge when sharing the parent's room with a rollaway bed. Breakfast is not included for the child and should be purchased directly from the hotel 25 percent of the Twin Room Rate when sharing the parent's room with a rollaway bed. Breakfast is included for the child

iii. B. Two children pay 25 percent of the Twin Room Rate when sharing the parent's room with rollaway beds. Breakfast is included for the children.

iv. C. No child reduction. Triple rate will apply.

v. D. Maximum two pax per room some hotels offer different rates (in singles for example) depending on the total number of guests staying.

vi. In some hotels no additional bedding is provided for a child where the child is either free or at a reduced price and breakfast may be charged for the child on departure. If a child requires a bed of its own you must request a triple and no child discount will apply.

vii. If you book a bed for a child there will be charges where the tariff states Free, but where it also indicates this only applies when the child shares existing bedding (does not have its own bed).

viii. If a price changes affecting the tariff we will advise you of the hotel concerned. You must check the web to obtain the new price.

ix. We will not honour any rate you claim we have given to you over the phone.

x. If a hotel levies an energy surcharge or a resort fee the client must pay them directly to the hotel.

xi. If a hotel levies a local telephone service charge (to allow clients to make unlimited local calls from their room) it must be paid by the client when departing from the hotel.

xii. Any offers based on stay for a certain number of nights and pay for another number of nights do not apply during fair periods.

xiii. Some hotels have floating rack rates that change daily. We will not accept any requests for a refund on the basis that our selling price was, on the day, close to or above the rack rate.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be reported to the hotel on the spot. We will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could have been rectified during the clients stay, had the hotel been made aware of it. We will not deal with any complaint received more than four weeks after the client checked out of the hotel.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TRAVELZY shall not be liable for any failure in service relating from uncontrollable circumstances such as flood, earthquake, riot, terrorist acts, acts of governments or authority change in a country, bad weather conditions etc.

The climate differences and energy saving rules of different countries might affect the heating systems at the hotel which is located at that particular area and/or country. For instance, in Italy the heating system can only be operated between Nov 15 and March 15 due to government regulations. Opening and closing dates of the swimming pools also might be affected by the climate and weather conditions. TRAVELZY is not liable for the practices of the hotels regarding to these issues.

Use of the TRAVELZY website is subject to your acceptance of our terms and conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using the website.

The information submitted to TRAVELZY team will be used to make bookings for you at your chosen hotel or resort. In addition, we may use the collected information for processing reservation enquiries; marketing of our products and services and those of our business partners and making announcements of special promotions & deals. We value all personal information received by us and do our best to maintain its privacy. We will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any third party other than to the following: hotels and resorts registered with us; any of our subsidiaries, affiliates and business partners; any third party.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by contacting our customer service department. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
